Custom dashboards, B2B partner portals, and operations tooling for tour operators who've outgrown what FareHarbor and Viator offer out of the box. Built by people who've already done it — in production.
FareHarbor manages your bookings. But the moment you want to build anything on top of that data, you hit a wall.
GetYourGuide, Viator, FareHarbor — each one is its own silo. Your availability isn't synced, your booking data lives in three dashboards, and building anything custom on top requires a connection none of them expose directly.
Fragmented data, manual reconciliationHotel concierges call to check availability. You check a calendar. You call back. That's 15 minutes per booking — and your partners get a confirmation hours later, if at all.
~15 min per booking, manual error rateDaily crew schedules arrive in a group chat. Someone misses a message. Someone's at the wrong jetty. There's no single source of truth your whole operation runs from.
Miscommunications = bad reviewsHotels, agencies, and resellers log in, see real-time availability pulled from your live inventory, and book directly. We handle the connection to your distribution platforms — GetYourGuide, Viator, FareHarbor — so your partners never call to check availability again.
A single screen showing all boats, all slots, all bookings — synced from CalDAV, FareHarbor, or your own calendar. Week view, jetty view, season management. Built for the ops team, not the accountant.
Booking confirmations, day-before reminders, post-tour review requests — sent via WhatsApp or email automatically. Templated with your tone, triggered by booking events from FareHarbor webhooks.
Monthly PDF invoices generated per partner, based on actual booking data. Branded, with QR verification, sent automatically. What used to be a half-day of manual work is now 5 minutes.
Audio guides, GPS-triggered POI content, multilingual tour materials — delivered as mobile web apps, no app store required. Sold as an upsell or included in the booking.
GetYourGuide, Viator, FareHarbor — we connect your custom tooling to whatever platforms you sell through. Single inventory, synced availability, one source of truth. Or we build a fully custom booking system if you're ready to own the whole stack.
FLAGSHIP.BERLIN operates luxury electric boat tours on the Spree, with a fleet of multiple vessels and hotel partners including Apple, BCG, and Google as corporate clients. Their entire operation ran on FareHarbor for bookings — and a combination of WhatsApp group chats, spreadsheets, and phone calls for everything else.
We built the operations layer from scratch: a B2B hotel portal where partners self-onboard via QR code and book in real time against live availability from their distribution platforms, a fleet dashboard synced from CalDAV showing all boats and all slots at a glance, automated monthly invoicing for 30+ hotel partners, a personalised messaging tool that reads bookings and generates templated WhatsApp messages, and a GPS-triggered audio guide sold as a digital add-on.
The entire stack runs on Cloudflare Edge infrastructure. Infrastructure cost: approximately €5/month across all systems.
Some operators need one thing. Some need everything. Each stage is independently useful — and each one makes the next easier to add.
New activity, new market, or just not on the right platforms yet. We set up and connect your product to GetYourGuide, Viator, or FareHarbor — with everything configured to work programmatically from day one.
Your partners book themselves. Your team sees everything in one screen. Monthly invoicing runs automatically. This is the layer FLAGSHIP.BERLIN runs on.
Everything in Stage 02, plus the customer-facing automation layer: confirmations, reminders, review requests, and upsell products like digital audio guides — all running without manual intervention.
Tell us which booking system you're on (FareHarbor, Viator, custom) and what you wish you could do with it. We'll come back with a concrete proposal — no consultant speak.
